SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Paper bags are not included in all online purchases.
  2. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 11:00 am (UTC+8).
  3. Orders placed on Friday until Sunday will only be processed the following Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday, excluding public holidays.
  4. You will not be able to appoint your preferred courier company when you are entitled for Free Shipping.
  5. We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.
  6. If your order consists of both ready stock and pre-order item, we will perform a one-off delivery upon the arrival of your pre-order item.
  7. Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation. S’AIME Malaysia shall not be held responsible for any delay in shipment by the appointed delivery service providers.
  8. S’AIME Malaysia reserves the right to change the shipment method according to the delivery location and weight of the goods.
  9. Although the appointed delivery service company delivery to most places, some areas require longer delivery time due to inconsistent demand and sometimes lack of road infrastructure.
  10. Reason causing the parcel to be rejected / returned due to undelivered / wrong address or contact number or delivery not attended, additional shipping costs for re-sending the parcel will be bear by customer.
  11. During peak seasons, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfill the 2 business days delivery promised due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.
  12. All items are being inspected carefully prior dispatch. If product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 10 days, we will be responsible for any damages whatsoever.
  13. We are not responsible for parcel lost in transit due to any mishap by third party delivery partner assigned by S’AIME Malaysia.
    However, S’AIME Malaysia will assist to follow-up on the claims procedure for maximum claim recovery.

You may contact courier service if you are not receiving your parcel within estimated duration.

MALAYSIA SHIPPING

  1. For Malaysia orders will be mailed out by using PosLaju, DHL or Collect-Co. For other courier service upon request, extra charges incurred will be borne by customer.
  2. Delivery time will be 2 – 5 business days.

* Business days exclude weekends and public holidays observed in the country.

Product Info

  • All products distributed are authentic and from S’aime Taiwan.
  • All products shown on the official website are taken from real model shoot.
  • We strive our best to ensure every product’s measurements are as accurate as possible. Please allow 3-4cm difference from the stated measurements.
  • There might be some color differences in color/ brightness/ other details due to studio lighting and screen resolutions of your computer/ phone device.
  • Scars on genuine leather products cannot be identified as defect or damage.
  • Paper bags are not included in all online purchases.

Product Care

  • Bags should be covered with dust bag and stored with dehumidifier regularly at a cool and dry place at all times (Avoid direct exposure to the sun, heat, rain, humidity and acidic substances). Do not press, or weight the bag with excess or heavy items. Avoid crossing the bag with its straps causing bag deformation, pressing mark, staining, fading, mildew, etc to occur.
  • Do not wash the bag with washing machine or place the entire bag into water for washing.
  • When the bag gets wet or contact with water, use clean white cotton cloth to dry the moist and place the bag at a cool, dry and ventilated area to dry naturally.
S’AIME Basic Maintenance
1. [Genuine Leather] Cleaning method: Wipe with clean white cotton cloth. Maintenance: Use leather moisturizer (except for original color and pink leather)
2. [Synthetic Leather] Cleaning method: Wipe with clean white cotton cloth. Maintenance: Household mild detergent.
3. [Fabric], [Hardware] Cleaning method: Clean white cotton cloth/ soft brush.
  • It is natural for the color of natural leather to darken due to humidity and light exposure.
  • The synthetic leather material is environmental friendly, and comply with the provisions of international environmental organizations. Crack lines or hydrolysis may appear on the surface of synthetic leather after a period of time. It is a natural phenomenon and is advisable not to keep it unused for a long period of time, use it frequently to extend the lifespan of the bags.
  • It is also normal that hardware such as metal accessories may tarnish, come off or fade due to humidity and frictions after a period of use.
  • For every bag’s material, it is possible that stain or color fading might occur due to contact with sweat, rain, friction and so forth. Try to avoid using light-colored bags when wearing dark color outfits.
