Upon receiving the parcel, please check and verify your purchase immediately.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. 7 Days Return and Exchanges Policy applies for orders within Malaysia only.
  2. Promotion items are NOT eligible for return and exchange. (Except: New arrival discount / Membership discount / Birthday Voucher discount)
  3. If defects are found 7 days after the receiving date, SAIME TRADING (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
  4. All products are eligible for only a one-time exchange and return.
  5. Returned goods must be in new original condition with all labels and packaging attached (E.g. Item tags/labels, dust bag, warranty card, accessories, etc)
  6. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.
  7. Damaged, soiled, or altered return goods will not be entertained and to be returned to customer.
  8. All return/exchange application will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  9. For goods exchange, customers need to place a new order upon receiving store credit.
  10. Returns of defective products are subject to:
  • Same model (subject to stock availability), OR
  • Product with same value (only if OOS from the original model)

International Orders

  1. We do not offer refund and exchange for international customers due to payment and shipping complications for international order. However, we will perform detailed inspection prior sending out all parcels.
  2. Warranty program is not available for international order.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:

  • VA Accessory. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, necklace, bracelets, rings are unable to be returned for change of mind.
  • Personalize. Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for change of mind.

HOW TO RETURN?

  1. Kindly fill up and submit the Returns & Exchanges Application Form before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
  2. Return period starts from the receiving date. (E.g.: Courier service website stated you are receiving the parcel on 05/12/2016, your latest return application date will be 11/12/2016.)
  3. Products can only be returned via shipping only (Purchases on saimemalaysia.com are not returnable and exchangeable at any S’AIME retail outlet in Malaysia).
  4. For non-defective goods, shipping costs (2 ways) are to be borne by the customers.
  5. For defective goods, 100% of the return shipping cost will be absorbed by SAIME TRADING (M) SDN BHD.
  6. We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking.
    Kindly note that
    SAIME TRADING (M) SDN BHD will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.

RETURN PROCESS

All returns and exchanges are to be shipped to the address below:

REFUNDS

  1. Refund would only be done as store credit. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  2. Customer Service will debit Store Credit to your account at saimemalaysia.com  upon completion of inspection.
  3. Store credit will only be valid for 60 days from the date issued.
  4. Store credit is tagged to your saimemalaysia.com online account and is non-transferable.
  5. Refunds will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice, excluding shipping and handling charges from your initial order.
  6. Store credit is not applicable for use in any of the S’AIME retail stores in Malaysia.
  7. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  8. Normal shipping charges will apply for the subsequent orders purchased using store credit.
  9. Any unused value can be used in your future purchases.
  10. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require payment via bank transfer or IPAY88 for the balance due.
