GENERAL INFORMATION
We provide worldwide international shipping.

  1. For international orders will be mailed out by S.F. Express or e-DHL.
  2. All orders are shipped out from Malaysia.
  3. All shipping fee will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia(RM), the actual currency rate will depends on your credit card issued bank.
  4. We do not offer refund / exchange / warranty program for international order due to payment and shipping complications for overseas order. However, we will perform detailed inspection prior sending out all parcels.
  5. Delivery time will be 2 – 6 business days (Express delivery) and 5 – 12 business days (Economy delivery) to reach you.
    However, delivery may take slightly longer than usual lead time during peak sales/festival periods, due to heavy surges in online orders and courier partner handling capacity. We will make announcement in advance for relevant circumstances.
  6. You may be charged for taxes (customs policies, handling fees and import duties vary widely from country to country) as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel, payment is made directly to the requesting party.
    SAIME TRADING (M) SDN BHD will not be liable for such charges, if any, charged by the respective Courier / Customs / Government.
  7. Packages may be unsealed for customs inspections. However, we will provide all required information to avoid unnecessary inspections arise from improper documentation.

STANDARD EXPRESS SHIPPING FEES

  • All rates are in MYR and will expire on 31-Dec-2019.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays observed in the country.
  • Shipping delays may occur if state holidays are being observed in the country.

STANDARD ECONOMY SHIPPING FEES

  • All rates are in MYR and will expire on 31-Dec-2019.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
Customers are responsible for any additional costs that is not covered by the basic insurance coverage for their lost or damaged parcel.
If your item value is more than the basic coverage amount by the courier company, you have the option to purchase additional insurance coverage for your parcel.


We are not responsible for parcel lost in transit due to any mishap by third party delivery partner assigned by SAIME TRADING (M) SDN BHD.
However, we will assist to follow-up on the claims procedure for maximum claim recovery.
