We are available for shipping services to WORLDWIDE.

a. Shipping Information
(i) The parcel will be shipped by DHL Express, which normally takes 5-14 working days to your place.
(ii) Parcel will be shipped after payment has been received, we will provide the shipping date and the tracking number to you.
(iii) Our company shall not be liable for any damage or losses of any shipment or delayed delivery.
(iv) Any customs, consumptions or other taxes or fees incurred in the receiving country will be the responsibility of the recipient.
(v) Packages may be opened for customs inspection. We will provide all customs information required by DHL Express to avoid inspection arising from improper documentation.

b. Payment Information
(i) Payment through PayPal will surcharge of 4.4% service charges which is bound by them.
(ii) Unsuccessful payment or no response to our confirmation email within 2 days, your order will be cancelled.

All shipping charges will be calculated by your order & your shipping country.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. So consider carefully before purchasing.
(i) We do not offer refunds or exchange for overseas customer due to complicated procedures for overseas order.
(ii) If your order have Ready & Pre-order items at the same time, delivery will only be made once Pre-order’s arrives.
(iii) Overseas Customer not allow to enjoy Any Promotion Activities.

(i) We make the effort to display as accurately as possible by shooting in kind with ourselves modelling.
(ii) There might have some differences in colors / brightness / others details due to studio lightnings and monitor of your computer or phone device screen monitor.
(iii) We try our best to do every product’s measurements as accurately as possible. Please allow 3-4cm difference from the stated measurement due to different measures and batch production.

**Please take note that those genuine leather products might have scar due to the leather which not counted as defect / damage.
