Upon receiving the parcel, please check and verify your purchase immediately.
  1. If defects are found 10 days after the receipt date, S’aime reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
  2. Promotion items are NOT eligible for return and exchange.
  3. 10 days Return Policy applies for orders within Malaysia only.
  4. Products can only be returned via post (Purchases on official website are not returnable and exchangeable at any S’aime retail outlet).
  5. All products are eligible for only a one-time exchange and return.
  6. Returned goods must be in new original condition with all labels and packaging attached (E.g. S’AIME Malaysia tags/labels, dust bag, warranty card, accessories, etc)
  7. Damaged, soiled, or altered return goods will not be entertained and to be returned to customer.
  8. Deadline on Goods Return/Exchange Application is stated on My Account > Orders.
  9. All return/exchange application will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  10. For goods exchange, customers need to place a new order upon receiving store credit.
  11. Returns of defective products are subject to:
  • Same model (subject to stock availability), OR
  • Product with same value (only if OOS from the original model)
  1. Customers are required to return the goods by post to S’AIME Malaysia.
  2. Customer Service will inspect on the returned goods upon receiving.
  3. Customer Service will debit Store Credit to your account at S’AIME Malaysia upon completion of inspection.
  4. Cash refund(s) are not applicable.
  5. Store credit will only be valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  6. For non-defective goods, shipping costs (2 ways) are to be borne by the customers.
  7. For defective goods, 100% of the return shipping cost will be absorbed by S’AIME Malaysia.

All purchases made from S’AIME Malaysia official website can only be returned via post.
To apply for return/exchange of products, customers will need to fill up and submit the Return Application Form at our official website.
